French customs agency seized 7.1 tons of marijuana on Sunday, October 18 night in 16 districts of Paris.
BFMTV news channel said that 7.1 tons of marijuana were found in three vehicles parked on the street which is in the district in the southwest of Paris.
Confiscation of narcotics, which was launched after months of investigation, was the largest seizure in France in two years in the capital city of the country, with a market value of seized marijuana resins, known as hashish, amounting to 20 million euros (22.7 million dollars AS).
But according to the report, as quoted by Xinhua on Monday (19/10/2015), nobody was arrested during the operation.
